Great question! Both Boomstick Glo, our convenient moisturizing stick, and Boomsilk, contain the same all-natural, moisturizing ingredients, but in different proportions.

Boomstick Glo contains more beeswax to hold its stick shape, while Boomsilk has a creamy, luscious consistency that’s easy to spread across your skin. Boomsilk also contains Vitamin E as an additional natural preservative.

Yes! We formulate Boomsilk with pure, all-natural ingredients to nourish and soften your skin, leaving out everything extra; that includes emulsifiers and binders. 

Because of this, it is completely normal for the olive oil in Boomsilk to separate. We recommend gently stirring the oil back into the product with a clean finger or utensil.

Boomsilk does vary in color throughout the year. This is perfectly normal!

Boomsilk is made entirely from all-natural ingredients, including beeswax direct from our bee-friendly hives.

Our bees collect pollen all year long—from different flowers in different seasons—which can cause their beeswax to vary in color, depending on the current bloom.

Since we use unaltered beeswax to produce Boomsilk, it might appear light yellow, light orange, or even olive green—thanks to our industrious bees and their pollination practices.

Boomsilk has a shelf life of one year, unopened.  Once you open your Boomsilk, it has a PAO (product after opening) of 6 months. 

If you forget, just look for an open jar symbol on the packaging. In this case, it will read “6 M.”
